Spray Tanning
What better way to look sunkissed than with a lovely golden Spray Tan.
I use solutions from the LA Tanning Company. They are both Alcohol and Paraben Free and are enriched with Aloe Vera and White & Green Tea extracts to moisturise and nourish your skin.
With a natural colour (not a hint of orange in sight!) and an excellent wear off*, this is a very popular brand, worn by the likes of Claudia Winkleman from Strictly Come Dancing and won Marie Claire's Choice Award for Summer 2010.
Spray Tans are £18.00 for a Full Body or £10 for Half Body.
A top up spray tan is advised within 5-7 days of your first application to keep your tan looking as great as possible.
Pre Tan Advice:
Please exfoliate the areas you are having spray tanned 12-24 hours prior to your tan application
Please do not Wax or Shave within 24 hours prior to and after your tan application
No Deodorant, moisturisers or make to be worn on the day of your tan application
Disposables are provided but should you wish to wear your own underwear, please ensure it is not made of silk, as the products may stain
Please come to your appointment wearing loose, dark clothing and Flip Flops
Post Tan Advice:
Avoid exercise for 4-6 hours after your tan application
Shower 6-8 hours after your tan application to allow the DHA in your tan to fully develop. Do not scrub with harsh soaps, the guide colour will just wash away
Moisturise twice a day to reduce natural exfoliation of your skin
*Please note that results will vary between clients. Lily Nails & Beauty will not be held responsible for problems arising with your spray tan should you fail to follow both pre tan and post tan advice.
*A Patch Test will be required 24-48 hours prior to your appointment if this is your first ever Spray Tan
Should any of the following conditions apply, you will not be able to have a Spray Tan applied:
Asthma or any other type of breathing difficulties (unless a Doctor's note can be provided to say this is ok)
Aggravated skin conditions such as Psoriasis as the solutions will aggravate further
If you are in your first Trimester of pregnancy
Open sores and wounds
